How do I submit a warranty claim?

Yes. For orders of 10+ units, we offer quote-based volume pricing with PO and invoice billing. CLS supplies schools, councils, government departments, MSPs, and corporate fleets across Australia. Can I pick up my order from the showroom?
Yes. Select "In-store pickup" at checkout. We'll email you when the order is ready — usually within 1–2 business days. Pickup hours: Monday to Sunday, 10am–6pm. Bring your order confirmation and photo ID.
Do you provide quotes via the contact form?
Yes. For single-unit quotes, just describe the spec you need (processor, RAM, storage, screen size, intended use) and we'll reply with options. For business or bulk quotes (10+ units), use the business enquiry form instead — it routes faster for fleet pricing.
